HelpEngen, offered by the Detroit Wayne County Health Authority, is a web-based service that helps assure that everyone who qualifies for Medicaid, MI Child, and other government-sponsored services become successfully enrolled. It also supports health providers attempting to enroll increasing numbers of uninsured and underinsured patients. HelpEngen is an outgrowth of the Health Authoritys community-based Medicaid outreach program and represents the organizations commitment to assuring access to quality health care for all.
